    • What is the returns policy?
      Returns and exchange: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Send returns to: Bassline Takeover ltd 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX Please include a note advising what you would like to exchange the item for. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 Refunds (if applicable)
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange items that are sent back to us in the original state they were sent in. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@basslinetakeover.com and send your item to:  Bassline Takeover ltd 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • Digital item policy
      For digital ticket downloads there are no refunds available once they have been received. Should the download fail we will allow additional downloads free of charge. Please be aware, that Bassline Takeover’s refund policy is as follows: face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is canelled or postponed as agreed before purchase. We're sorry, but these are the rules set by our event promoters. All online event tickets are non-refundable. You may be able to transfer your ticket to another event, subject to availability. This was greed to upon purchase. If your reasoning falls outside of this policy, then we best advise you to...     • Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter an event?
      Yes! Mobile tickets are downloaded directly to your phone as a PDF file via email or text/whatsapp message.
    • Can I have a refund/cancel my ticket(s)?

    • I'm worried about my phone service when trying to access my ticket, what do I do?
      Your ticket has you covered. We will have the ticket name holder on our door list. Also your ticket is automatically saved so it's always ready to be scanned, even in offline mode.
    • What if my phone breaks, dies or is lost/stolen before I arrive?
      If you lose your phone, have a cracked screen, or run out of battery - don't worry. Simply visit the ticketing staff at the venue upon arrival. Have your ID and order number ready and you'll be issued a ticket.
